The SX kit series (slim profile) has a 3,5mm top hole and has a thin profile. The tips are equipped with teflon bushes, then ready for mounting the elastic (except the Kappa kits dedicated to baiting).
The "X" kit range consists of two distinct series: the SX series (slim profile) and the LX series (large profile) all compatible, to section 4, with the new range of roubaisienne "X" series (NOT compatible with the roubaisienne of previous years). The difference between the two series lies in the mold profiles used: the SX series has a 3,5mm top hole and has a thin profile, the LX series has a 4,5mm hole diameter and a decidedly larger profile. All the elements of the kits bear the words "Elastic Rating" which indicates the recommended elastic band and the length of the kit at piece 2, 3 and 4. From this year an interesting innovation has been introduced: the tops of the kits (except the Kappa kits dedicated to baiting) are equipped with teflon bushes, then ready for mounting the elastic. All kits are assembled so that they are exactly the same, except for very small tolerances. This latest innovation has led to the normalization of kit lengths which therefore differ slightly from those reported on each section.
